How long is shipping?

Shipping can take 1-4 weeks to the US (after processing) and 2-6 weeks for international orders. Tracking information is available after 3-7 days of purchasing the product, and it should be sent straight to your email. If you don't receive an email, contact us!

What is your return policy?

If the product is delivered to you and you are not pleased, you can contact us and we will make sure you are 100% satisfied! We value our customers and would hate to disappoint. 

What happens if I receive my item(s) damaged or I am not satisfied?

We offer a money back guarantee! If your purchased item(s) happens to arrive damaged or you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of it's arrival for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in your country's currency, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
